I want to send out a sincere thank you to Anthony Vezirian, one of my drum teachers, who is moving to Texas. I started taking secondary drum lessons with Anthony at Los Rios Rock School last February – and he was a great guy to work with! Anthony is really funny, and I had a great time learning and playing drums at our lessons. We would always jam together for the final 15 minutes of each lesson. So, for our final lesson yesterday (August 24th, 2016), we had an old fashioned “drum battle” in Red Room studio at LRRS! We had so much fun! In total, we played drums for about 50 minutes! The longest stretch of non-stop drum battling was 25 minutes! And we only stopped 3 times due to drum kit issues!
